To the Editor: A stooge is a person who exists merely to serve others, hence congressional Republicans certainly qualify in spades. Their failure to hold President Trump accountable defies logic in the face of the success of the Mueller probe, yet they fumble along, hoping their indifference will somehow bolster their poorly defined agenda.
